At COSMATICA PK, we strive to deliver your beauty essentials safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, and more.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Working Days

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (PKT)
  • Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email once processed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location. Please see estimated timelines below after your order is dispatched:

4. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide
  • Bank Transfer (Meezan, UBL, HBL, Allied Bank)
  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa
  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.


6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received
  • Unopened and in original sealed packaging

Opened, used, or hygiene products (lipsticks, mascaras, skincare) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


7. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen situations. COSMATICA PK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
